    Not required – only practiced briefly by more advanced students

  • Forward bend – paschimottanasana – followed by inclined plane
  • Cobra – bhujangasana
  • Locust – shalabhasana
  • Bow – dhanurasana
  • Half spinal twist – ardha-matsyendrasana
  • Crow – kakasana, or Peacock – mayurasana
  • Standing forward bend – padahastasana
  • Triangle – trikonasana
  • Final relaxation – savasana
