Free Vegan (Vegetarian) Cookbooks/Recipes from the VCG

The Vitalita Culinary Group (VCG) has produced two free, original, online, vegan cookbooks (vegetarian/non-dairy e-cookbooks).

Over 90% of these recipes are gluten free (no wheat, spelt, kamut, oats, barley, rye, etc.), and therefore suitable for a person with celiac disease or a person on a non-gluten diet.

Many of the recipes are low-fat, and all recipes are nutrient dense.

At this point, these two cookbooks contain over 150 original vegan recipes.

The Two Cookbooks are:
✽ A Taste of Vitality: Nutrient-Dense Cooking
✽ Desserts of Vitality: Extraordinary Non-Dairy Desserts

Both of these cookbooks include photographs of the finished dishes.

(The full table of contents from these two cookbooks can be viewed before downloading the entire cookbooks.)

(A few sample recipes can also be viewed before downloading the entire cookbooks.)

Or, if you would prefer, you can order printed copies of these cookbooks – see sidebar at

About ~Gurudevi

Gurudevi Ma, Satguru Shri Mahashaktiananda The path of yoga is meant to be practiced as a devotional experience in loving God and the Goddess in all manifestions. In the teachings of yoga a student is a yogi or yogini; man or woman. Spiritual teachers may be referred to as gurudev or gurudevi. I am grateful to my personal guru, Premavatar Paramahansa Yogananda, and other great masters who have assisted me. It is a blessing to practice and teach yoga. Wherever we are, is where we should blossom. God/dess is everywhere." Aum
